Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of RoveOps AI ("RoveOps", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

RoveOps provides AI-powered web automation and workflow tools that browse the public web and perform tasks you describe. You are responsible for the tasks you run and for ensuring you have the right to access, process, and transmit the data involved.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including access granted to team members or integrations you enable.

Plans, usage and billing

Paid plans include a monthly usage balance and may include overage billing based on actual usage. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the plan terms. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoveOps for unlawful purposes or in violation of a third party's rights, terms, or applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for further details.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoveOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim, or the total fees paid in the previous twelve months if lower.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably practicable, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
