Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of RoveOps AI ("RoveOps", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

RoveOps provides AI web workers that browse the public web and perform tasks you describe. You are responsible for the tasks you run and for ensuring you have the right to access and process the data involved.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

Plans, usage and billing

Paid plans include a monthly commercial usage balance. Tasks consume that balance based on the work performed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoveOps for unlawful purposes or in violation of a third party's terms, rights, or applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoveOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
