What we collect

We process account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, and billing information needed to provide the service. We also collect the tasks, prompts, URLs, pages, results, automation logs, and related metadata you submit to RoveOps, along with usage, support, and security data such as error reports and access logs.

Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor, Creem. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our systems.

How we use it

We use personal data to provide, secure, and improve the service, including running tasks, billing for usage, preventing abuse, supporting customers, debugging issues, and maintaining reliability and safety. We do not sell personal data.

Task data

Inputs and outputs may be stored to provide task history, worker reuse, debugging, and service operation. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our systems and users. You can delete tasks, account data, or request account removal through the product or by contacting us.

Subprocessors and data sharing

We rely on service providers to operate RoveOps, including cloud hosting, data storage, identity and authentication, browser automation infrastructure, LLM providers, and payment processing. These providers process data only as necessary to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To exercise those rights, contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
